TuccisLeather will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. We offer shipping services through FedEx & UPS to most countries in the world. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of all duties, taxes and fees (including VAT) associated with the shipment once customers item reaches his/her country. When you place the order you become the importer of record and the package will not be released to you until all fees are paid. TuccisLeather is not responsible for any fees imposed by your country's custom which may include transfer and storage fees. If you refuse the shipment and the package is returned to us you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping costs.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser if that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. TuccisLeather is not responsible for lost shipments. We ship all packages with no signature required for delivery, if you feel it is necessary to require a signature then you must contact us before the order ships.
If you would like to exchange your bag for a different bag, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item.
A restocking fee of $15 will be charged if any items are missing from the returned box;
We trust and guarantee the quality of all our bags as carefully selected made specifically for each individual customer using the best premium leather at an affordable price. Each bag will be made upon receipt of order and shipped in approximately 5 - 7 business days fastest turn around.
For all our bag collection, Exchanges can be made or we can issue store credit towards another bag of your choice otherwise its final sale. TuccisLeather only issues refund on eligible returns that meets our above requirements where the item shipped was damaged on transit before it gets to you. BELTS, Wallets & OTHER ACCESSORIES
All items must be returned in NEW & UNUSED condition within 15 days of receiving it, please contact us. If you wish to receive a refund to your credit card you will be refunded less the original shipping amount. If you choose store credit, the return shipping is on us.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 14 days, TuccisLeather reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs
